Returns
We are confident you will be happy with your purchase. In case you are not satisfied, you can request a refund within 14 days of receiving your purchase. We charge a 20% restocking fee for each wig returned. However, the braided lace wigs must be returned in their original package with lace uncut. We do not accept wigs with cut laces.
Exchange
You are free to exchange your braided lace wig, however, please make sure the lace is not cut from the wig and it is returned in its original package. Furthermore, there is a 10% restocking fee which applies to all exchanges. Once you have returned the wig, you can buy a new one. Most importantly please make sure that you view the product extensively and are satisfied with it before purchasing another wig.
